The Beginning of The Silver Chair

The continuation of the Chronicles of Narnia was very interesting because in the beginning of the book the story changes as a whole, is not the typical Narnia With Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy,  as always all starts in the real world but now with a new character, Jill Pole accompanied by Eustace which he did already visited in the summer he  spend with his cousins Edmund and Lucy.

When Jill Pole and Eustance were hiding in of annoying group of older children in the garden of the school, Eustace confides in Jill Pole the secret of his previous trip, at first she did not belive but after  copying a sentence that Eustace                                                                                                                          said it all started to change, then the annoying group force them  to keep running until they  reach the limits of the school where there was a locked door and no one had ever seen that door open  but in this case the door opened , instead

of  streets or buildings  what both can see was a beautifull place with high cliffs , beautiful trees and in the air was the smell of the beautiful flowers, as soon as they have entered to the  place they could see  everything for the great height in  which they were , at this moment Jill Pole can´t resist to start fooling around the clif Eustace try to help but the motion  of Jill Pole make Eustace fell down  after a long time pass since Eustace fall from the clif , and Jill Pole start to getting tristy and she get near to the river in witch he met Aslan that make him know five one of them was that Eustace was safe that he blew her to the lands of Narnia  and the other four where some task that he must do as a punishment of fooling around , after Jill Pole  perfect remeber Aslan blew she aswell as he blew Eustace .

Finally Jill Pole find Eustace and in front of them there was a ceremony in witch the King (Caspian) was almost to get in a boat for a long travel and that was the really big trouble because one of the task Aslan said to Jill Pole was as soon as Eustace get a foot on Narnia  he must talk to an old friend that he  did know in his past travel to Narnia  after the first task was unable to be accomplish the went and talk to the dwarf of the king with the help of glimfeather and owl that saw them flew and land in front of him ,at the fist the dwarf  was really rude but then they where really well catered with rooms , food for both of them 

¨Aslan . Aslan ,Aslan !¨ ¨Aslan , Aslan, Aslan ¨repeated Jill ¨Please let us two go into ¨ (9)

Well this does not explain much but this words are really similar to a summary  that one day my big cousing give me also of a book of that talks of the adventures of two brothers.The travel to a world of magic and fantasy  because a wish made in a dream in the exact moment a Shooting star pass really near of their home.And the next day they woke up in a room that was not hers and all the things they know where completely different an they must travel a long path in witch allot of funny and scary things  happen to them . Until they get to a place where the shooting stars pass really often and they must wish to return to their  normal lives .

¨ Do you eat girls ?¨she said 

¨I have swallowed up girls and boys,women and men and,kings and emperors ,cities and realms,¨ (21)

Indeed at this point you can see the difference between two sides one side represented by Jill Pole and the other represented by Aslan in both sides you can see some really big thins that represents each other , Jill Pole represent the curiosity and the fear that humans can have in certain point of their lives a good example of the fear that he show is when he ask ¨ Do you eat girls ?¨ (21) on the other side Aslan represent  the power and the kindess of nature¨I have swallowed up girls and boys,women and men and,kings and emperors ,cities and realms,¨ (21) this show up that the nature have the power to destroy all of this things and also show that only it does when this deserve it 

I think The Silver Chair  is really exiting because is a book with all the things i search on books mystery, adventure and  suspense i was waiting for this moment for long time. Because when  i bought all the Narnia cornices books  i did notice that almost all the books already did have a movie. Now this book is really joyful to read because reacently they anounce that in 2016 they will realize the movie and also the trailer wars recently release so that gives me the opportunity to read the book before the movie is publish. So then when the movie get out i already know of what is taking about and then i could compare and see what parts of the book are taking away to accomplish the movie , reading the book i did really thinking on the four task that Aslan give to Jill Pole when both talk ,Aslan said you must ensure that this four task are complete. Because that will confirm that you will achieve your task with out no problems , but know that the first task was not completed does that mean that the hole mission Aslan give to Jill Pole is ruined or only the difficult to accomplish the mission will be a lot more higher ?. What will happen if the second task is also not completed ?. Does Jill Pole will Achieve to complete all the left task ? . 

The Travel To The North

The second task is about to be complete Jill Pole and Eustace have receive a mysterious visit of glimfeather at midnight ,after glimfeather make Eustace travel in his back  he return for Jill after a short  travel in his back Jill did notice that they have enter to a forest dark as the petroleum the only thing visible was hundreds of yellow spots that where the eyes  of a group of owls ,friends of glimfeather .
After a long talk with the owl group glimfeather and other owl take Jill and Eustace in his back and flew up ,up on the sky until reaching a mash-wiggle in where they met and important creature that will help them on their journey  his name was Puddleglum he was a strange creature ,different of everyone that Jill and Eustace have seen  before , but that does´t matter  at dinner they said to Puddleglum what task have been delivered by Aslan to them to find the lost prince , the son of king caspian .
The next morning all of them where ready to go to the journey Puddleglum with a bow and some blankets to sleep ,Eustace  with a sword and a bow and Jill have a small knife they walk for long long time until they see an old a enormous bridge then moments later Puddle glum  a a lot of very high and rocky mountains they star walking near this mountains when suddenly they star to move all the mountains at one and they realize that there where not rocky mountains instead they where Giants waking up from their sleep , the  each giant began to throw rocks of great size and weight as if it were a game between them , rocks flying in all directions giants were receiving some great shots with rocks thrown by other giants and the 3 of them where frozen as a rock so the giants did not notice there presence after a long time pass and finally the giants start to lay on the ground again ,you can here from long distance their cries for the amount of rocks that have hit them .
Then after a few hours they seen on the distance a long an old brig bigger that the one they have seen before , and when they get to the bridge Jill said this must be it ¨............that would mean we were on the right track the old bridge leading to the old city!¨ (87)  on the final of the bride they found two horses one caries a woman in a white dress and the other caries a night fully armored , they talk to them and ask for the location of the accent city ,and they respond as well as everyone else that they have heard legends of that place but never seen it but they said them to go a seek on Ettinsmoor where the dwell the gentle giants they might give you more accurate information than I .



¨Good morning ,Guests,¨he said .¨Through when i say good i don´t mean it won´t probably turn to rain or it might be snow,or fog,or thunder.You didm´t get any sleep,I daresay¨ ¨Yes we did ,thought ,¨said Jill ¨We have a lovely night ¨  (69)

This quote is really interesting because when i said ¨Good Morning¨ i don´t usually i give it to much think when i say it , i mean it but on this case Puddleglum mean this word as suspecting that the night have must be terible night with rain , fogs ,snow or thunder as expecting the worst of the things and the people that surround him but in the other way when Jill respond ¨We have a lovely night ¨  make an impresion on Puddleglum because she make the terrible expectations that he did have to a good expectation of the kids and this also show how Jill always what to see the positive side of the people and the things that surround him


¨Ah¨said the mash-wiggle ,asking his head. ¨I see you´re making the best of a bad job .That´s right. You´ve been well brought up,you have . You´ve learned to put good face on things.¨ (69)

I find this really importan because the way the author gives Jill Pole a personality really different different from the other characters because he make Jill Pole as a respectful girl that loves to see the good side of the things and that make Jill a person that always will be welcome any place in witch he show a simile and a good actitud and this allow Jill to make  new friend really easy and the one who have friends haves power and protection


A predicte that the three of them will arrive to the ancient giant city in where they accomplish the 3 task that aslan give to Jill pole when they first met at the beautiful to of the cliff in with eustance fall as the book keep going we are almost at the point reaching  the climax so that mean that we are just about to see the more exting thing of the book i predict that the three of them will arive to the acient city of the giants and is really predictive that they will found with gigants but the question those gigants are good or bad my prediction is that this higants will be aresive at the beggining and then when they tell they are send by aslan they will help them with information so they can acomplish his mission but after they are almost going to accomplish their mission to bring back the lost prince a monster more terrible than the gigots will appear and will almost make the mission be a complete failure .
